It could only be his linaege- his teacher or teachers teacher learned from Ban Hao. Impossible to say just from looking as Taijiquan is a set of principles manifested in boxing, even if you felt his jin you could not know without knowing his lineage.

@@emptyemptiness8372 This comes from Yang Zhaolin, who was born in 1884, while Yang Banhou, his uncle, died in 1892. Although he might have gotten a little bit of training from his uncle as a kid, that would hardly be enough to call this "Yang Banhou Taijiquan". Actually this comes down through Yang Jianhou.

IT'S MORE THAN THAT. YCF STYLE ALSO USES HIGH STANCE as well high , med and low. i teach it so i know at least that much.
