Crystal, evidently, your lawyer is no good because you didn't get a bond. It was self-defense when it was one on one, but when your friend jumped in and both of you kicked bethany repeatedly while she was down, I would think the self defense statement won't count in court.

We would also have to take into account Bethany is Taller than either of them separately and weights more than Crystal and Arnesha collectively. They wouldn’t be considered in the same weight class and once a fight is initiated self defense is a factor but it’s a thin line between self defense and an individual becoming the aggressor once a fight is underway. If Georgia is still a Stand Your Ground Fight that law would work in Crystal’s favor. Arnesha could go with the Good Samaritan angle and say due to the size advantage she felt compelled to kick Bethany to stop her from attacking her friend. As soon as Crystal was safe we abruptly departed from our dangerous attacker.
