The problem is Amber's guilt plain and simple. Because she was cheating initially, she is afraid that Anthony will/would do the same to her. Granted he ultimately did, but she doesn't know that. Her issue was never with Piarry, it was always with herself. She hasn't dealt with what she did nor has she forgiven herself. The reason being was because just like Ericka she settled, she really wanted Wayne but he isn't available for either of them in that way.
