Some of you all don’t conduct business or understand Business processes as well. Some people are Punctual so they can go play golf and they can always point to being on time as a cover. People who are actually actively doing business understand things happen. He did say this was the second time, Traffic in Atlanta is in the top/bottom of the worst category so they may have been waiting for over 30 mins, which would be frustrating. You either make the decision to call her to reschedule or focus on getting the deal done. People wait for Buyers all of the time sometimes hours because that particular Buyer may make the best offer. Professionalism isn’t just showing up on time it’s how your communicate and you intentions throughout the business driven interaction. If someone is running late they should just call and give the person the opportunity to respond based on how they wish to manage their time and the opportunity. To me it looks like those two have a deal worked out and Todd offered a deal to Anthony that probably isn’t as mutually beneficial as he advertised. Ro could have handled it differently but at this point the deal had soured before the property could be viewed or potential deal points discussed.
