Great interview. Kourtney Kardashian is always well-poised, and can answer often times the intimate questions about her relationship with Scott without divulging...much at all, let alone her personal life which is not an easy task to do. She is very centered on presenting herself in a good light for her children's' sake which is to be commended. She is guarded, but still outward and friendly. She comes across so very natural. Not a dumb-bell by any means; to be quite lovely, focused on motherhood, and such a savvy businesswoman takes smarts. So, I give her props!

I love how she couldn't actually explain what Manuka honey is. It is a honey from New Zealand and the bees collect the pollen from Manuka tree flowers. It's great for healing things like ulcers and burns. It has a rating system and the good quality honey is UMF 20+.. Very expensive but it's great stuff!

I eat or drink avocado mousse or smoothie since i was a little girl in Brazil . We used water and lemon. It is delicious you can add dates the colour will change but not much the taste there lots of substitutes for sugar ( although still my favourite) you can add oat milk or soja or hemp instead of dairy milk
