Use Lossless Scaling to get30x4 guy... I'm doing this right now... Work wonderful

From what I can tell, the game itself always renders and will feel like it's handling inputs at 30 fps. You can make it look smoother by using using a frame generation app like "Lossless Scaling" on Steam with the Okami HD pc version but it will always feel a bit sluggish like a 30 fps game. It's not perfect but it's still much better looking that than without it IMO.
