In person this was one of the best sounding shows I've seen at Vitus...the following night also (where they played Piecework in its entirety). This mix on this is IN-FUCKING-CREDIBLE & I'm glad this set's uploaded for us all to watch (or relive in my case).

I was just shown this band by a friend of mine, and I'm in love with their music currently. You're lucky to see them live, I hope I can, also how loud are they? They look fucking brutal and I love loud music

@@Tawper I say this w/the caveat that I wear earplugs every show I see (go to as many shows as I do 15-20+ a year & you’re bound to lose your hearing w/o them) but they were moderately loud yet with a lot of clarity. Actually I’d say take the mix of this but amplify it by like at least 10dB & that’s as close of a description I can give to how they sound live (to me anyway).

So funny you mention that, I wear ear plugs too (purchased the Loop brand) and just saw these guys last night. I must say this was the crispest, clear sounding band I've experienced using those plugs. Their live mix was truly impressive. Have you tried many different ear plugs? The Loops can be muddy, i was thinking of trying out the Eargasm brand. I too patron at least a dozen or two shows a year, so I'm trying to acquire a better sounding set of ear protection.

@@geeso12771 Hahaha, I’m happy to hear that they’re just genuinely crisp sounding live wherever they play cuz I’ve seen prolly over 50+ shows at Vitus at this point & none of them sounded as crystal clear as Kowloon. As for earplugs, pretty poor answer but I just use standard foam ones & even then, they still sounded amazing w/them on lol. I tried one Hearos for a time years ago & another brand I can’t remember rn, but yeah it’s probably time I actually start investing in a good set of earplugs. Was thinking of Eargasm earplugs myself actually.
