There's this stigma that surrounds exercising and working out in the indie/hardcore community and it's stupid. It's stems from the high school "jock mentality" and it's great to see bands that are jacked (the Armed, Harms Way). Portlandia did a great skit on it. No shame. Live and let live.

Dear KOYO------ I got to see u guys in myrtle beach while seeing SPARTA and Thursday, I was that long haired dude with the red flannel being a total wallflower if you care to know-giving i would be easy to spot hahaha and then you guys walk out and WOW you guys blew me away i was an instant fan when the lead singer said to the crowd before they started said you guys come in closer dont be scared we aint gonna bite you or something like that and these songs all of them are fing bangers!!!! KOYO!!!!!!!!! I had the best time.Thank you so so much-Also the drummer is a beast,very tight drumming absolutly loved every one of u guys the guitars structures was crazy interestingly crafty, that heavy boulder rolling bass...shook the house of blues shack man!
