Hari, I am watching this video again after 2 years and wanted to share that the coconut oil used for cooking and hair are refined differently. So the commercial hair oil should not be used for cooking. Not sure if you used it though :). I recently learned that myself as I have been asked to use coconut oil and gingelly oil for cooking for a certain type of diet I am following for a treatment.
