Although Back Door by Stray Kids is a totally different concept than District 9, Stray Kids concepts are more dark, like District 9, so Back Door just happened to be a different concept. In Back Door, Stray Kids wanted to try out many types of arts in the songs, so they included jazz, ballet, fighting, basketball, and other concepts in Back Door.

Maybe to add to the fact, the survival show concept is about seeing how they fit each other, how their music sound, and what kind of concept they would brought since Bang Chan (the leader) choose the member himself not the company. They wanted to see if all of them can debut as 9 or if theres someone who could possibly put the team down and should be cut out to save the whole team. And the show title is actually takes after the group name, not the other way around. Since they put themself together, the company wanted them to make their own name to so they came up with 'stray kids'. And another fun fact, stray kids logo is Bang Chan's actual hands writing

Interesting you picked these two specifically but didn’t realise the connection. In district 9 they ran away to be themselves And the storyline goes all the way through to Levanter, almost 2 years of storyline. Then the new storyline began with gods menu, where they had escaped at the end of levanter into the real world where they are themselves, more confident and stronger. Chris said it’s an alternate Universe to the first storyline. Backdoor is this worlds version of district 9, where instead of running away by themselves, they break in and save everyone inside. Also Easy is the flip side of Hellevator, maybe you could look at those two together to compare. 3racha are Genius. 😎🙌🥰 💙🦋💙

Straykids are one of that groups ..like they are so intimate witg fans ( stays.. us)..🥺 One of my happiness is them..n their music..their songs... They always do live stages n their performances are like concert everytime..even if its just music shows.. Bang Chan is one of longest trainees in JYP.. He was trained for 8 years. . 2.Changbin ( Main rapper) He started off as a dancer n then started with Vocals..then his teacher suggested him to do rap..as his tone suited raps the best.. plus Changbin Sings well... u will be Surprised to see him Sing..( He appeared on Masked singer as well) In Straykids. .everyone Can sing n Rap..there is no permanent fixed position..they just swap it..accordingly to the songs.. as they produce their own tracks..🥰

District 9 and back door are connected hehe, all their mvs have a storyline going on and if you watch the concept trailers and extra videos before each comeback release, there’s more clues and stuff. I hope you check out more of their stuff, gods menu (the release right before back door) was more hardcore like district 9, they also have slower mvs and their bsides are VERY versatile (they do cute concepts too!)

It would be amazing if you guys could react to some more of their stuff! You could check out some of their skz record songs which are solo and smaller group original songs! All of their songs are amazing and they can’t miss! They are self produced and 3racha (Chan, Changbin, and Han) are responsible for all but one song on their discography which is by another subunit danceracha (Minho, Hyunjin, and Felix). Vocalracha (Seungmin and I.N.) have also been credited on tracks as well. 3racha are credited for around 75+ songs each. The fast rapper that you like is Changbin and he’s one of the fastest rappers in kpop with a speed of approximately 12 syllables per second. Another cool thing about them is that they don’t have any official roles anymore as every single member is an all rounder! For a lot of raps some songs I would suggest would be maze of memories which is essentially a cypher for all of them and tortoise and the hare.

Sometimes I don't even look up the lyrics as the emotions are conveyed so well. Music for me is all about the emotions. However, I did look them up after for Stray Kids.
