It was literally her birthday and she's Lisa's best friend... Just the way Lisa is normally cute she's also cute...she wasn't trying to be cute but that minnie is her actual self... She's just naturally cute like that... Stop taking it negatively...And at that time she was just celebrating Lalisa alongside her birthday...her singing Lalisa wasn't pre-planned...it just happened to be as she was excited and it was her besties song her voice got quirky...it's normal... She's like that...
