It’s because, according to the Vietnamese president, Coronavirus is not a problem anymore, which gives all citizens permission to go around and be free to go to there whereabouts. So far, no one in Vietnam has died from Corona, including the possible candidates. Although, a few places are still restricted, everything is fine with the exception of masks and hand sanitizer. Although people are allowed to roam freely, the Vietnamese are still to oblige, being forced to be cautious and check their own temperature. Besides that though, Vietnam so far is the only country that are safe to say-free from COVID-19, for they have already allowed children to go to school.
