I love side covers, but not really sure what the point of the person holding the speaker was. I've seen other covers have someone holding the speaker, but they never have to move SO much with the camera man. I recommend either placing the speaker in front of the dance crew in a set place, or having them follow the cameraman instead.. or maybe a pouch for the cameraman to have since it seems small enough to not worry about carrying.

we couldn’t hear the music because there were other buskers around so we needed the speaker to be close as possible 😅
