IU, who will be embarking on her world tour concert H.E.R. starting in March, recently moved into the high-end condominium Eterno Cheongdam.
After passing through the old headquarters of JYP and Cube Entertainment and past FNC Entertainment, you will come to the construction site of Big Bang's GD's apartment building being built on the site of SM Entertainment, and next to it is IU's new house.
Actor Song Joong-ki, whose movie “Ro Ki-wan” is about to be released, is also a resident of Eterno Cheongdam.

저렇게 넓고 좋은집을 혼자서 쓴다니..심지어 아이유는 워낙 바쁜스타라 저 집에 계속 머물리있지도 않을텐데. 친구도 그리 많지않고 늘 우울감이 있는 아이유가 오랜만에 퇴근하고 저 집에 들어가면 되게 공허할것같은..내가 덕질해본 아이유는 명예욕심이 많을뿐 속물적인 욕심은 그리 많지않을걸로 알고있어서 저런집에 산다해도 뭔가 더 행복하거나 그러진않을것같음. 아이유가 하루빨리 좋은짝을 만나서 가정꾸리고 저집을 온전히 누릴수있었으면 좋겠다.

먼소리임 ㅋ 지구에서 쓸데없는걱정하고계시네 어느누구보다 제일 행복하고 꿈같은 삶을 살고있는게 아이유임. 이미 저런집이 여러채이고, 이종석이랑 잘사귀고있고, 비즈니스도 전부다 대박나고, 인지도, 인기 명성, 돈, 사랑 다 넘쳐나서 나이 겨우 30에 도전할게 없는경지에 이른게 아이유인데 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 심지어 미모도 지금 최절정임 가족들 부모님도 다 좋은집, 좋은차 다 해드리고 노래도 다 대박나고 숨만쉬어도 1달에 수십억을 쓸어담고, 주변에 좋은음식, 좋은 의료, 좋은 광고 인프라란 인프라는 다 같이 하자고 난리임
