Usually a lack of sleep results in a state similar to being drunk. I've had days where I'd sleep for two hours or literally no sleep at all and I'd feel very energetic and funny for the rest of the day. Though. the next day you feel like you've been hit by truck, your head hurts, no energy, and you feel like doing nothing. It's definitely not a healthy thing to do on daily basis. It's concerning that kpop trainees who need sleep the most, have to neglect it for a dream of debuting when it's not even guaranteed...

When trainees start really young and have to go to school, their idol training is basically just like a usual after-school singing or dancing classes. The intense training doesn't really happen until the company seriously considers debuting you in a group. So Bang Chan could've spent maybe the first half of his training pretty lightly because he was really young and JYP might not have had real plans to debut him yet.

We don't all need to divide our time to fight for every cause, thats ridiculous, there is no problem for people to fight for the rights of kpop idols only, because this is a serious human rights issue. I can make the argument that people fighting for the rights of ordinary workers are not fight for the rights of kpop idols. Why are kpop idols not a priority when we're dealing with minors. The truth is, every cause is something to fight for, and we have people who are fighting for for each cause as they need to. My European ass (in Europe all jobs are strictly controlled by laws, including the time you can be at job, over-hours payments, free days, healthcare leaves etc.) just feels triggered af. The closest I can think to such thing (where young people are without parents) are some closed education places and there as far as I know they have rest from 22 till 6AM since that's when many countries have curfew (the time that you should stay silent in general). Yeah I just don’t think this a profession for him.
