I love Tae and I cried when he talked bout his grandma. I heard he was really close to her. Im from the Philippines and it hurts me that he had to receive this bad news while he was in the PH... :(

i know this is 2 years ago, but seriously to the army who thought and even voiced out saying that Taehyung looked gloomy because he's sick of being in BTS and wanted to quit and join acting : Shame on you. Tae kept this a secret and told us after 2 months since he wanted everyone to not focus on him during BST promotion. This boy got a bigger heart than anyone else. but some army failed to see that.

Iwas there.I knew it by the way jungkook smiled during this conference.It was a sad smile and a forced one to be exact.V also wasn't being himself that day and didn't talked much maybe worrying he might broke in tears in front of armys.I really hope next time bts or bighit would consider giving any member a time off to visit their family during emergencies.Although fans are important to them, family come first.Unless the member himself decided to continue the event.

Taehyung oppa is just like me. My grandmother passed away last year 2020 on november 22. That day i was really happy because bts realease there new album on november 20. But that time in november 22 i was really happy because im watching bts but i dont know that is the worst day of my life we had call in our aunt that our grandmother passed away. That time i really don't know whats happening. I was just shocked when i see my sisters crying. i can't hear what my aunt and sisters are talking about because im in my bedroom so i ask them whats happening but they are not talking. Because you know if you lost your love ones. It will be really sad. So we rushed in the hospital and my sisters immediately go inside . So i was waiting that time because i dont know whats happening. And when my sister came out. She told us that our grandmother really passed away. So that was the time my tears fall down. That was the time that i didnt even see my grandmother for a moment. She was the best grandmother. So i just wanna say if you still have grandmother always take care of them and love them😊😇

I was not planning on writing this comment since it's been a long time and we need to get over it just as tae did, but i can't help but notice but strong tae is, he literally sat there, smiled and tried so hard not to make it obvious that he was heart broken or has been crying (even tho he looks like he has been crying) he's an amazing strong person, during that time of 2016 they had such a backed up schedule along with preparing for the tour and their wings comeback, just imaging how much stress he was going through back then, receiving those heart breaking news in the morning and not being able to be in korea with his family, it must be so heart breaking for him, that look he had of his face during this interview makes me wonder how deep those feeling were, they were probably eating on him on the inside and i totally know how bad that feels like. What is really sad about being an idol is that whenever idols goes through a personal issue, they're kind of expected to get over it fast so they can continue on their schedules without interrupting the group's activity, they basically can't have time for themselves to solve and over come their issues bc it would be hurting the group as a whole. which is so sad bc it takes timed for people to accept death, some people even years, but with tae he probably was forcing himself to feel better and get over it bc if he didn't he will be hurting bts as a whole since their schedule is the same, he faked being okay for a while but always ended up hurting himself even more, even looking at it now as i'm writing this comment in 2018, i can see that in wings era even tho he probably wasn't totally over it, he was being professional even tho he was in so much pain, he was smiling with the armys and trying soooo hard but during their tour he even said in burn the stage that he went through a time where he couldn't concentrate on anything, he felt basically numb and lost his ability to focus, that was probably the wake up call for him, he needed to fully empty his feeling instead of keeping to himself, even the members tried to help a lot back then. I'm happy and glad the members were patient with him and gave his all the encouragement he needed and enough time to eventually and naturally get over it. Seeing him now, he's so so so much stronger and happier, I'M SO SO PROUD OF HIM.
