mm no entiendo bien, te refieres a que significa que un video sea "mirrored"? si es asi, te digo que viene de "mirror" (espejo) por lo cual la coreografia la ves al revés, como en un espejo. De este modo tu puedes aprender la rutina viendo y siguiendo el video tal como esta. Por que si intentas aprender con el video normal, cuando ellos van a la derecha, tu deberías ir a la izquirda, por que de frente, como te veria el publico, lo veria al revés. Por ello es que para aprender rutinas te las ponen en "mirrored" para que estén al revés y tu las sigas sin tener que complicarte con hacerlo al lado contrario. Espero haber entendido tu pregunta
