After seeing how other agencies like SM and YG train, yes JYP works closer with them BUT he seems alot more harsher as opposed to offering more constructive criticism like YG does by getting other artists to give their opinion

it's not uncommon in music biz for people to have to switch songs days before a show or contest. it really isn't unfair. a common scenario is two singers booked for a show prepared the same song and one has to change to avoid duplication.I back vocalists as a musician and it happens quite often.its good training to be prepared for the unexpected.
