SM artists are scary at times, and they do it for a reason. They are extremely strictly trained and have the most professionalism (imo) in terms of music, vocals, dancing, all of it. BoA is an example of all of that. So if young people coming into SM think they can get away with anything, think again before coming there, because you need a lot of responsibility for yourself and a lot of discipline. Super Junior is my favourite SM artist, and they have worked just as much as BoA, and their efforts paid off to get where they are today: one of the top 10 best selling groups of all time as of right now. BoA and Super Junior are my fav SM artists, and the have so much professionalism, which is why I admire them so so much.

@THE BRIGHT STAR Yeah over the years they have really adapted to the culture of SM and have been so admired for their professionalism. I remember Eunhyuk and Yesung on Under Nineteen and they weren't playing around. Eunhyuk: one of the kings of dance. Yesung: one of the kings of vocals. I remember Eunhyuk saying to the Fiction team that if they want to get to 80% perfect, then they have to give 120-150% in terms of dance. And Yesung said to the performance team that they should probably practice over a year for the overall dance and vocals. That's how strict SM artists are in terms of perfecting their craft and professional behavior. BoA is an even bigger veteran idol for 20 years 👌👌 She definitely knows what she is doing in terms of vocal performance and dancing. Imma say it again, older generation SM artists keep giving it their 200% and put so much of their blood, sweat, and tears into their work. I admire both BoA and Super Junior for both those reasons.

kpop idol is not only about hitting the high notes. Your voice must blend with others voices. Just like exo kris. He have low voice but it blends well with the other members quality of voices. So I think being a kpop idol is not only being able to sing sings of high notes.

BoA's not being mean she's being real and i'm not saying that gives you a right to say certain things but that certain things will be said to you as a singer by the audience and the industry and BoA knows this any job you have you realize it's not all flowers and cand y but also not horrible and i think she balances this out well

EunLoveForever Jajaja i´m 22 and met the kpop in 2009 by TVXQ, i´m his fan since then, and slowly went knowing the current artists from Sm, from BoA to the newest group at the time, I mean F (x). And of course it was Kangta, once you know about him (and BoA), you begin to discover their stories and you know the rest, included Black Beat. I am what many says a SMstand, jeje. By the way, I only knew about Shim Jae Wo (yes, he is the best), because they always mention it, i did not know what had become of the rest, i´m glad they follow in Sm :) Sorry for my english

BoA appears as someone who would be angry with you for not singing how you would supposed to, but she is rough, tough and strict and knows exactly what to tell you to fix your mistakes during singing. That is what I like her, she is being honest enough to be hard on you...

Jang Jinyoung , he's a member of Black Beat. An old group of SM in the beginning of 20's. Jaewon (the choreographer) are also a former Black Beat member , same as Hwang Sanghoon (Gregory S.Hwang) who also a choreographer in SM. You can see them hang out with SM artists a lot ^^ and sanghoon helo Khuntoria for their couple dance in WGM , you can check it :D
