I had the exact camera from new and I had it used extensively for 12 years, having taken quite a number of great shots! I had it once stolen from me and by miracle found it in a pawn shop 250 km from me so decided to head on and buy it back due to nostalgic connection! Managed to lose it again couple of years later in Sweden (06th of December, 2002) where I left it in a back seat of a Taxi while travelling from Stockholm to take a plain from Skavsta to Ireland! I had a film in it with rather valuable shots to me, taken with my second half after we met so one never knows, perhaps by a bigger miracle those turn up one day, thanks to guy like yourself ;-) Thanks for uploading!

I love these found film videos, extra geeky fact about these shots - That train is a London Underground D78 Stock which means they took the photos on the district line.

could you post the user manual as a PDF or something because i couldn't find any sites that had it with out a paywall. found mine in a Korean camera shop in Seoul yesterday and bought it but have 0 clue how it works and i don't want to waste a ton of film trying to figure everything out.

I just found my parent's old AF 700, the back door(?) closure thingy is broken by the hinge but otherwise it looks in good enough condition to work if I can get new batteries for it. Haven't ever touched a film camera before but I'd hate to throw this old thing away. Sadly, my parents don't care much about instruction manuals, it probably got thrown away in a move. :/

Ive had this camera since the eighties and I'm going to start using it again. I even still have the manual. The flash no longer works but I remember still taking photos late into the day. I never took the time to truly understand Macro. Is there anyone out there who can explain Macro to me in laymen's terms.? My son in law bought me my 1st digital camera in the mid nineties which was a cheap one but I learnt heaps when I set the computer up with my computer. That was groundbreaking what I could do to that camera. I could also use most of those features on the family photos I'd scanned onto my computer over the years. Now I need to buy some film which is easily done and take some photos of my dog Scruff and other people's dogs.

I just bought this camera off eBay and all of the functions work but I’m having an issue where it won’t shoot all the time. I have to try multiple times for it to shoot. Anyone else have the same issue or could offer some guidance??
