This is insane! After part 1 I was willing to believe this department was simply entirely incompetent & full of idiots but after hearing everything disclosed in part 2 it’s becoming very difficult to believe that any department could possibly be this incompetent. More and more I’m starting to feel like the murderer is either a part of the department or at the very least being protected by them, such as a close friend or family member, possibly a son or brother of one of the officers.
@likeorasgod3 ай бұрын
With murders spreading over a span of 50+ years it's also more than likely more than one or two serial killers and such. There been several cases tide to bodies found in this area.
@rosemaryus-ct61513 ай бұрын
these are old cases. the technology wasnt there. shared data bases werent there. DNA wasnt a thing yet, or not well defined. fingerprints were on cards, not computers. can u imagine going over thousands of cards with a magnifying glass, just for one print to match. it must have been maddening.
@runsfromelk5093 ай бұрын
And yet I have watched a documentary about John Anthony Muncy where a small town saved the victims clothing evidence for more than 40 years and when the technology caught up, the department tested it and found a DNA match to the perpetrator. Although the suspect match was found to have died a decade before, at least answers were found for the surviving family. All because the local PD made a concentrated effort to save what physical evidence there was. JUST IN CASE. Faces of the Forgotten covered it Considering these were the obvious doings of a serial killer, and high profile at that, why WASNT more care taken with any and all physical evidence if smaller towns elsewhere have done so efficiently on their own accord?!
@andrewnajarian59943 ай бұрын

@@runsfromelk509 exactly! There’s also a series called “Bloodline Detectives” where they go through old cold cases and find DNA that was preserved by departments and run it against genealogical databases to find the criminal through his/her family. That’s how they finally nailed the Golden State Killer. Cases like these all managed not to lose the evidence they had. Some of them date back 60yrs or more.

Women with a troubled past tend to have great street smarts. But a police officer could get any one of those women, in a car without them actually committing a crime.. Drive them to a secluded place saying they were accused and witnessed.. they would totally go a long without a care in the world. Then to be the investigator on the scene of the crime you committed.. Control the momentum, and loose the evidence.. I wouldn’t be surprised if they tried to pin it on an innocent person just to close the case..

When negligent actions seem to outnumber the correct actions and it gets to the point where coincidences and mistakes are so frequent that it's actually laughable like a bad sitcom you have to start ruling out negligence and considering the possibility that someone in the PD was covering things up. I doubt that the perpetrator would have access to the M.E. office, and the PD and the laboratories etc...but a higher up person can create a culture of "Us against Them" and that's pretty sad to think a PD would deliberately act in ways to sabotage a case and literally torture family members of victims. These families became the annoying constant presence to them. I feel that the police are also a factor in what led Mr. Tim to accuse people and put a gun to a man's head. When police won't do anything and you can't trust them, a citizen will take things into their own hands. I am a huge supporter of police departments but when something is wrong I'll call it out. It's possible the murderer was a cop or family of one. It's actually kinda common for rapey murderers to be cops, security guards, military police, soldiers etc.. people that seek out positions of power. They also like to hang around convenience stores "keeping an eye on things" but in this case..I really don't think it was a cop, but I do think it was a pillar of the community type.

Profound guilt, chronic unending pain and enconpasing chaotic mental turmoil are reasons people succeed in suicide. People move when investigations ruin there lives. Is everyone involved sure this perp. has stopped or could he have continued else where in the U.S. or abroad? I wonder if Scott land yard would have anything similar, but with so much evidence mixed up, destroyed and lost there's very little to compare. (Can't tell ya how nauseating it is to know the bones were not with the right person) the blatant disregard for forensics and the families, and the broken chain of evidence beginning with, she must have run away. It is highly possible someone could have still been fighting to live as early as the family reported her missing the first time. I know these girls are with Jesus safe warm and pain free, there energy is always with the ones they love and have prepared for their loved ones as they crossover. Your baby will be there waiting so make sure you get there. God bless and keep you all till your with them again. Amen!
