Great job Kevin,, keep up the great work,I’m 6 weeks out from surgery , I had only 2 PT sessions, my PT told me that I’m way ahead of game , and that there is really nothing more that they need to do, so I will continue my PT on my own , your absolutely right about taking the home exercises seriously, I did that , as well as my pre op exercises, and I really think they definitely were a game changer, I’m getting my right knee done in March.

@@kputala I decided to try the gel. I had the first gel injected in the left knee on Friday, 2 more weekly injections to go. Keeping my fingers crossed.

@PC-zg3eo I had to go through all of that before insurance would approve the surgery. None of it lasted more than 2 weeks. Hopefully it works for you.
