Watching this moving, beautiful, powerful performance brings into sharp relief all that I take for granted, and how much more needs to be done so all of humanity is included. Thank you, Storied, for sharing this link with your subscribers. Thank you, Kinetic Light, for all your hard work, grace and artistry.

Amazing. Love this movement and this moment. The dance world feels so cloistered and inaccessible but I love it so much. As someone who chose not to pursue dance and music because I thought I lacked the body type and innate talent, I feel deep regret. I should have pushed. The space was there to be created.

I have worked and fell in love with the physical disabilities community. I became a nurse 20yrs ago because I wanted to help others realize their goals. I am also a dance student. THIS VID is SO Beautiful Inspiring and I’m grateful to see such beauty. I’m definitely going to share with the parents and the disabled children teens I work with. Have you performed at an Abilities Expo??

Incredible and very important. I just wish they could just focus on their art rather than politics and protests. Seriously... who said the disabled were banned from art ? Obviously not ! It is just as you have done...adaptation and added creativity. I just object to the obvious Tones of making a problem where none exists. Enjoy your art but please expand beyond being disabled .

Hi! If you’re curious about learning some of the context around this issue, I highly recommend the documentary Crip Camp on Netflix! It goes into the history of disability activism and politics and why those issues are still relevant to disabled people today. I thought it was an insightful perspective and might add some important context to the questions you raised :)
