Ordered for 2023! Price is hiked significantly more than mentioned (now), as are almost all BMX bikes this year after all the metal price increases and supply issues. Frame geometry is sick on this bike for both park and street. Like how this bike is ready for street, but that 76 degree head tube and short chain stays make it very responsive for park tricks and front manuals as well. Full chromo. Love 4 piece bars. Front wheel is actually single wall, not double. But quite honestly dont know anyone whos managed to taco a front wheel yet, so its not a concern (for most, and quite frankly WTPs single wall is better than some cheap double walls out there). Believe WTP went single wall on the front as a trade off to add all sealed bearings, so that seems more important, and like they made a good call.The trans Purple version of this still has no back inventory dates, so went with the black knowing it could arrive in a week. Blue is cool, they have some stock, but this shade of blue really just wasnt my thing. The oil slick is a matte slick, not just oil slick, which is like cool on top of cool, making it the coolest slick. Saw it in person at the park last week, its not overly noticeable with the smaller crank arms, just subtle. Seems to be a love it or hate it on the oil slick. Throw a matching neck and chain on this baby and bammo its fire. Its hard for manufacturers to get oil slick right and takes some extra effort, so personally I appreciate it. I ended up buying this one, the black model, and I like it a lot. I also thought I’d hate the oil slick cranks and I had a can of flat black paint ready but it turns out I decided to keep them for now, in person they look less cheesy than I expected and not as pink but more of a blue tone

WTP has always been my favorite brand. I rode my 2012 crisis to death multiple times on dirt and parks. Before just recently giving in and ordering the 2021 Reason. What if anything do you think will break first? (I am really hard on all my stuff)

This is a more expensive complete that's more geared to riders with some experience, their less expensive models offer more relaxed geo. I hear you tho.

With a headtube angle of 76 degrees and 15mm fork offset, is it super twitchy? Is it a bad choice for a beginner?

@Bertie EMUSS I got mine two days ago (the black one), I love it, it’s my first bmx and I don’t know any tricks yet but riding it feels very confortable and not twitchy as I expected, feels great

i brought my bike to a local shop , they fixed the wheel and im riding back for a week now, and the wheel didnt move anymore, thx for the hrlp btw :)

matt color is overrated in bmx world lol i am. ot getting any parts with any matt color
