Tomato - टमाटर - 3
Green Chilli - हरी मिर्च - 1
Ginger - अदरक - 1/2 inch
Oil - तेल - 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - जीरा - 1 tsp
Cinnamon - दालचीनी - 1 inch stick
Green Cardamom - छोटी इलायची - 2
Cloves - लौंग - 3
Black Pepper - काली मिर्च - 6-7
Cashews - काजू - 10
Melon Seeds - खरबूजे के बीज - 2 tbsp
Butter - घी - 2 tbsp
Ginger - अदरक - 1 tsp ,chopped
Dry Fenugreek Leaves - कसूरी मेथी - 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - हल्दी पाउडर - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - धनिया पाउडर - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1.5 tsp
Milk Cream - मलाई - 1/4 Cup
Paneer - पनीर - 50 grams, grated
Salt - नमक - a little than 1 tsp
Paneer - पनीर - 200 grams - cubed
Fresh Coriander - हरा धनिया - 2 tbsp
Sugar - चीनी - 1/2 tsp
