Krh07, with depth sensor ect. On a trip now at big island. 4 dives and the 07 only succeeded on one dive. Tons of issues with the app. Phone screen randomly turned all the way down. It switched to compass feature and there was no way underwater to get out of it, no button would get out of it. Setting it up top side it kept going to compass once Bluetooth established and backing out to camera feature kept requiring Bluetooth connection setup which went to compass, backing out required another setup of BT, rinse and repeat. Only a full phone reset got rid of that. Bluetooth lost connection once underwater on second dive, after screen brightness went from full up to almost full down with no adaptive on. Had to put screen against my mask just to verify the phone was even in, forget about framing. The vacuum seal doesn't seal at all since first dive. Green light never happened even on that dive. Image quality is low with crappy clip on red filter which creates more lens flare and fogging than it does anything else. Last dive I had to set the app up 3 times and restart phone twice to get the program stable. Finally I had it all ready to go right before diving the last dive when my kid got paired with her best at the most beautiful arch, dolphins showed up and I missed the whole thing because the phone went black the second I got in the water even with adaptive off and screen timer off and verified. The second I got into the water, blank screen. I am. Beyond infuriated at this succession of Total Failures all the way around. I feel lucky the thing didn't flood which I heard from the dive master that they often do. If that happens I would have lost a 1400 dollar phone. Phone is galaxy s23 ultra maxed out, , screen set viaboight just for this once in a life time trip... developer mode to have screen always on, no adaptive brightness, clean install with few other programs and the phone is brand new. I am a pro camera person and know what I'm doing... This app is dogshyt. I lost so many shots of my daughter getting certified and am pissed as hell. I never had a problem running a gopro. Definetly RETURNING this buggy, unreliable product. Oh and another Diver also had a Kracken 08, and also had issues. What a piece of crap. You've been warned.

I returned the housing when I got back and have not pursued it since. They did not have much input past pointing to their website.

Hi I just plugged the charging cable into the slot inside the camera. There is no light to indicate that it is charging but it will charge. The other way I charged the battery is by removing it from the casing and using a charger that my wife has to charge her vape batteries. Not impressed considering the price of these cases.

Will the pixel 7 pro be able to lay flat in the housing? Given the phone now has a camera bar

I have not seen that phone in person. From the looks of it, you may need to cut one of the included foam pieces to fit the other end of the foam so that it can lay perfectly flat

Lost my phone on their first housing, it worked for about 100 dives and then suddenly it flooded while diving, bye bye phone. They sent me their new housing, so back then it looked like good customer service (it did take them 6 months though). But that never worked properly, I only did 5 dives with it. The light, telling you if the sealing is done properly, was always changing, so one dive it suddenly started flickering red, signaling that the sealing wasn't okay anymore, it didn't get flooded, but still had to end my dive since I don't want to lose another phone on this company. Also, when everything is going alright, they answer their email within 48 hours and when something goes wrong, it suddenly takes ages (read, they didn't even answer yet after a few weeks now...) So NO, I would NOT recommend Kraken branding for their housings.
