I regret going to Auschwitz Birkenau because after so many years I still remember almost everything from that Camp. I was born in Poland and in last year of high-school we went To Auschwitz Camp. After that school trip I've got drunk for the first time. I live in NYC right now and still remember that school trip to Auschwitz after 50 years. Somehow can not erase that from my memory.

it was interesting seeing you put pierogi in the soup - usually pierogi are served with fried onion/bacon and dipped in sour cream. for clear soups we have small "uszka" dumplings, or sometimes larger "kołduny" or round "pyzy" - or the soup has noodles/rice/barley/other grains.

yes kefir is sour hahaha its fermented milk - a popular drink in middle eastern countries, where it probably originated (idk). it has beneficial probiotics, protein, etc - and no added sugars xD

trochę słabo że nie zwiedzaliście kopalni w Wieliczce, zdecydowanie bardziej atrakcyjne to oglądania od parku a cena, hmmm... myślę że przy ogólnym koszcie wycieczki nie zabija, słabo jak się jedzie tak daleko coś zwiedzać i nie robi porządnego rozpoznania co jest do zobaczenia ...

Hahah, I will do so next time! It was most probably because I was travelling with my dad and he wasn’t very keen in the salt mine 😂 but I heard it was really pretty inside! And weddings do happen there as well
