This is a legit interesting take on Krampus, he's not a monster who enjoys torturing kids, instead, he's a guardian who punishes kids so they don't turn into monsters, even though he hates it. I kinda wish we got to see more of this storyline, maybe see who this guy was before he became Krampus.
@eliasmolck55663 жыл бұрын
Which is actually closer to the folklore than the monster angle. Saint Nicolas rewards the good, and the Krampus punishes the bad. They were a team, two sides of a coin, each doing a job to help the children.

Ivanperez 128 that’s bullshit people are too soft nowadays we need krampus to punish kids. Bad kids need to be beaten and punished. We can’t have Santa bring presents for good and bad that causes spoiled brats and entitled PC babies. We need Krampus I will be like Krampus to my kids and punish them when they deserve it. I will be Krampus and like when Stan bullied Steve to my kids to toughen them up and punish when necessary.

@@yoshpeters3079 Maybe you can properly parent children without beating them, is that such a novel concept?
@yoshpeters30795 жыл бұрын
Aaron Brown alright maybe the beating part is taking it too far but they need to be punished like Krampus does. The world needs Krampus he is the hero the world deserves but not the one it needs. I was just quoting Stan when he said to turn out to be good adults every kid needs a beating once in a while. But beating may be harsh they need to be punished and know boundaries but not scared and obey in fear. They can’t be spoiled brats and entitled either though. It’s tough finding a balance. Especially since I am a savage and have no chill lol.

This might sound controversial, but this is my favorite interpretation of Krampus. I know it’s weird and we all like the goat man being pure evil, but the idea that he really punishes kids to make them better is so ironic yet genius that I can’t help but love it and enjoy this version the most. It also might be that I was introduced to Krampus through this show. Either way, this parody is still my go to when it comes to the by K.
@tabithacarrico11 ай бұрын
Actually this is a pretty accurate interpretation of Krampus. Krampusnacht is followed by the Feast of St Nicolas. The two traditionally worked together and Krampus role was to discipline the children in order to reform their behaviour.

To be frank here the reason that people think white parents don't lay the smackdown on their kids is because they usually don't need to. A child's environment affects their personality and considering that a large portion of minorities live in less than desirable areas and constantly see crimes and the like their mentality shifts towards that spectrum which is why would punish their children more so they dont go down that path. Needless to say however white people do discipline their children and when they dont well.... school shootings?

Notice how when Steve is being a prick, Krampus doesn't lose control and beat the crap out of him. Instead it's measured and certain number of strokes and then walks away. Krampus has more control over himself than most parents ever have

@Joker lol isn't that so ironic, the studio used to cancel family guy all the time, now they wont let it go.
