I always estimated that fed would not cut their rates, despite of all those prayers. But I never thought justification for rate persistence would come from regional escalation. God I might gonna start believe some conspiracy theories.

@@peter.p. Rate persistence is not based on regional escalation. It's based on inflation data, unemployment markers and strength of our economy. Rates are important lever to fine tune the healthy inflation of 2% to maintain positive economic growth. Conspiracy theories have no part in Fed policy making.
