Just some suggestions: I don't think you should throw anything to his face because it may cause him to turn instead of the desired distraction and that could cut your throat. Instead, I would step on his foot and while doing that when he is distracted push him away and continue with a combo

My daughers gf was attacked by another girl in a bar lot late at night, got rob, stabbed in the arm and crashed her car. She's ok now but this stuff is serious business an young girls loose their lives over this stuff alot of ppl dont take serious. My daughter told me, Dad, I will start to carry my pepper spray now. I thanks God this wasnt my young daughter.. Please ladies you should never have to feel like yr a victim to the scum, gutless, spineless criminals on the street. If a person has a knife to your throat - or near it, deflect it with your ARM coming across as part of putting your hands up - all one motion. Do not try and grab his wrist. You must make distance enough to get out.

A classic movie clip i did see was the guy standing in front of the lady and she gave the guy a leg shot solid kick to the guys Balls. Then he droped the knife fast and bent over. She steps in a knee him in the head and he flew back and was deep asleep out cold on the ground. I was like i know that works well.

This works for both men and women. The heels are to make the scene more of a "Worst case scenario". But if she had on tennis shoes or boots or was even barefoot the kick to the head still works. Heels just add a little more pain from the sharpness.

It is better to know something than nothing at all but I would just give him the bag. as they say the material things are replaceable unless you know that he really just wants to kill you. Then you have to go for it.

Women show no mercy, if you are do get the knife at any time during the battle, don't hesitate for a moment. Stab the attacker in the kill area of the throat and body. Remember you are defending your life . Some one man or woman that attack you must be despatched.

Appreciate that the knowkedge is for good use however 70% of what is shown would not work. If the attacker is drunk then just maybe it would work. 1 -bringing the arm down from throat to thigh too long. Attacker responce time is a split second. 2 disarming the weapon is very amateurish and untrain. You are priding the weapon from his stronger hand. Unrealistic move. 3 The take down only used a twist of his wrist and arm and not without the torque of your body behind it. Many mistakes in this video however simply another form of spreading Krav Maga which clearly is modified Japanese Jiu Jitsu. Thank you for the upload. Replies not answered.
