Muy buenos vídeos y muy claros. Me gusta la forma en que entrena Michael Ruppel. Yo entreno Krav Maga en México y ver sus videos me ayudan a repasar mi técnica.

I would prefer an even more visually explicit slow motion tuition . This is true Krav Maga moving towards Jeet kune Do rather than away from .

This is very good It allows defense without lethal offence . JEET KUNE DO is for that reason different . But we all love this presented here !

Obviously the most practical techniques for law enforcement. Our le does not learn the proper ways to control a suspect. Their Tech is dated and put their lives in danger.

That trusting a criminal to keep his own hands behind his back is a bad idea lol ...

Of course the knee on the neck for law enforcement should be outlawed as it can and in cases does cause permanent lifelong injury !
