Are those 35 x 12.50 tires? Did you need to air your tires down at all on that sand?
@krazyk86cu3 жыл бұрын
They are 37x12.50 and yeah, I aired down to 15

Was that 4Runner only 2wd or what??
@krazyk86cu2 жыл бұрын
I’m not sure. They definitely weren’t aired down though and got themselves good and stuck. You can get anything stuck in the sand if you don’t know how to drive in it.
@phillippardo57122 жыл бұрын
@@krazyk86cu I see.. I really didn't think you had to air down if you're driving a 4wd 4runner though..?
@krazyk86cu2 жыл бұрын
@@phillippardo5712 when driving on sand you always want to let air out of your tires. Airing down means you spread out the surface area of the tires in the sand and are more likely to “float” on top of it rather than sinking down. With my Jeep I air down to around 15psi on sand. 4wd/AWD is definitely important but you can easily bury your 4wd up to the frame if you aren’t aired down.

If your going to upload a recovery, probably should be a good one. When recovering always get people to stand clear. Always use a dampener unless you want a rope flung through your back window, and never tow by towpoints. If they don't have proper recovery points, pull a shovel amd recovery tracks out damn...

It’s a kinetic rope. Nobody puts a damper on a kinetic rope.
