Crispy Chicken Feet with Laab Namtok Seasoning recipe:
1 1/2 lbs. chicken feet
1 1/2 Tbsp. granulated chicken bouillon
2 stalks lemon grass
4 kaffir lime leaves
1 package Laab Namtok seasoning mix
All purpose flour for coating the feet
*boiled chicken for at least 15 minutes or longer if you don't like it still too chewy, use a pressure cooker if you have one*

Yaaah a face to go with all the delicious recipes! By the way, I love love love deep fried chicken feet with laab seasoning!! On a good day when I'm not lazy, this is exactly how I make my chicken feet too! I can eat a ton of this all on my own!

I love chicken feet. Never had it fried though. If I ever see it in a restaurant, I'll definitely try it.

Thanks for watching! I've never done it but I think it should be ok! Maybe you'll have to coat it with flour first before you refrigerated it so that the flour will stick to the chicken feet while it's wet and warm. 🙂

Nou Vang... Thanks for watching! Just bouillion makes it plenty tasty... the amount of bouillion I suggested is optional, you can always more if you like. The laab numtok seasoning is the key seasoning ingredents for this recipe! :-)

Philly Noyoko ... thanks for watching and giving the recipe a try... I didn't let it fry too long... just enough til the flour batter turns crispy... if the chicken feet is too hard, boil it longer (30 minutes).
