Would laying the wire on resin tape instead of just the silicone mat work as well? So as to keep them from slipping when adding the resin in between.

UV/LED is the same thing. It just will cure under either a UV or an LED lamp. A combination of the two...or sitting in the window on a sunny day.

How do you clean these brushes

Wash after used, by using UV cleaner bought from 100 yen shop. Dry by tissue, store away from sunlight. Keep using for long term usage
