Fantastic cover, well done. The song means so much to me on a personal level and I really appreciate the effort you put in. One question though - why did you omit the lyrics at the end? 'After sex/The bitter taste/Been fooled again/The search continues'. It's my absolute favourite part of the song. I wonder if contextually you felt odd about singing the word 'sex'? I don't know where this was performed, perhaps it felt inappropriate. Nevertheless, those lyrics in particular really affect me because Kele, in my interpretation, is singing about the emptiness of sex, which, pre-orgasm, seems like such a wondrous, beautiful, raw thing, but afterward can make one feel like but a shell. Just my take on it anyway, and, again, well done.
