From what I saw, the reason was Kris had drinking problems, and managed to stop those problems. The 2 sisters didn't like the new Kris (he partied and drank less) so they decided to kick him. An asshole move imo.

Was just thinking, I doubt the guys at Krewella would see this, but I just wanted to say, I think its definitely such a shame these guys broke up. I used to be in a band 5 years ago, We were all so close like the Krew and we did so many amazing gigs, we was quite popular and had quite a few fans around our area. We ended up breaking up because some went to uni, weren't interested or wanted another band to be in because they got bored (Which is fine btw) I genuinely think that if we hadn't broken up we'd have probably been doing really well for ourselves because we had such a chemistry that I doubt could ever happen again. I wish the Krew and Rain Man would take a leaf out of Mandela's book and let bygones be bygones because I think they need eachother to keep that amazing click they had. I'm not saying they won't ever do well without eachother because both are doing amazing anyway, but that little chemistry sometimes makes all the difference and definitely has an impact on quite a lot important things to the themselves and the fans. They still make music but most people would say nothing is up to par with all of their songs made as a trio before Kris was removed. This song is actually made about Kris and if you pay close attention to the lyrics you'll notice how they coincide with the saga with Kris.

I think what people need to see is that music should not be dictated as good or bad based on who makes it. The fact that Rainman is not a part of Krewella anymore should make no difference as to wether you like the music or not, you should make that decission based on the music. milk kitten Wat? Krewella before this song = dubstep. Krewella after this song = something BETWEEN d&b and rock/metal - in other words an attempt to put a bunch of things in the basket without anything standing out.

Ivan Krushkov That's a personal opinion. Music is quite subjective. This is DnB, which is a genre of EDM. Krewella has generally stuck to electro and dubstep in the past, but branching out and experimenting is good for an artist. If you stick to one genre for all your music, it becomes not only dull to the artist, but the community falls apart pretty quickly.

If this was true d&b you could call it branching out. I get it they're trying to find their own sound but this is honestly nowhere. It wants to be rock at the start, tries to be metal during the first vocals and then shifts to d&b while continuing with lyrics (and tone of said lyrics) typical to a metal vocalist. I'm not posting a perrsonal opinion, I'm commenting on the sound of this song.

Well, all this makes me very sad...I thought you were lifelong friends...I don' know who started to fire, and it doesn't really matter, but the saddest in this is that you didn't try to find a solution, bring law in your argument...and finally, you broke your friendship and that's very sad :( even for us the fans.
