@@eastbow6053 Yeah, the introduction of the nightfae is kinda entertaining, begging the Bitch Queen for attention the whole fucking time sure is fun. And in the end beg her to save Ysera because she doesn't give shit who dies. Necrolord start with an amazing arena, shwoing they love to fight but as soon as the traitors show up, you realize they aren't supposed to be evil. Also, Draka is best girl. Venthyr is amazing as well, you enter so peacefully then Draven comes and throws you to the forest to die.

I just picked my covenant for aesthetic and what felt "right" for my character. I'm not a high end player, the OP covenants are eventually get hit by the nerf bat really hard, so I might as well just have a little fun (Venthyr BM Hunter for life btw, I'm gonna be playing with my Gargons.)

I went Necrolord for my dk at first. My original plan was to go Kyrian for the story so I went there after a while of being a Necro. However, now I'm going back to necro because the Kyrian ability isn't holding up well for mythic+ and raiding especially now that my guild is pushing heroic cn. It has to be done 😔

I would have preferred to have the Venthyr red Mist as DK. It´s not like Blood DK already has this "Grab everything around you to you" skill. Venthyr is more stylish -also Maldraxxus is boring after the Arena stuff. I first wanted to make my DK a Necrolord, but I just didn´t like it.

I've actually been having a lot of fun RPing my void elf warlock through the Night Fae. She started out only doing it for power, and making no secret about it, but eventually they wormed their way into her heart, like a particularly-stubborn tapeworm, and now she's their grouchy big sister who drops infernals on the Drust.

Necrolords has the best covenant soulbind ability for tanks (including pally). If you finish the covenant storyline you get access to the Bonesmith, who has a soulbind ability that places a dot on any enemy who hits you in melee. 1, that helps you build aggro by creating threat on enemies you haven't hit yet or helps maintain greater threat on enemies who, due to sheer numbers, aren't being hit by anything other than your periodic aoe attacks. 2, when combined with decent leech that's a nonstop hot (minor, but every hp you gain without draining the healer's mana bar is good).

Sucks that me as an Ele Sham, really Shams in general are the only class that can make use of Necrolord, but yeah, the constructs are great. Sabrina does nutty DPS, Marz is a great taunt tank for questing, and the higher we go the better the stuff we get. Grinding out the 12k anima now to get Twiggin so I get my own personal rocket jump and goblin glider.

I wish the covenant abilities just changed your play style but with an equal dps increase instead of one being objectively better. For locks, if decimating bolt wasn't a near 3 second cast, I'd have picked them even if the dps was a tiny bit less...but stupid goddamn night fae and soulrot lol

Heh, my marks hunter (dwarf) is Venthyr but he's an alt. My warrior main (Tauren) is Maldraxxus but, somehow, they made Maldraxxus the WORST covenant for warriors by a mile.

Bastion? A one-rule dictatorship, based arround unity and order. Necrolords? Small, independent states - bound together in a constant test of power. Night fae? Monarchy. People have, to an extent freedoms and ownership, but in general its all queens property. Venthyr? Corporate aristocracy, with little freedom and a huge debt to pay, uppon entering.

I did the maw intro with twinblades of the deceiver, and incomplete shattered abyss armor set, dungeon trinkets/rings, and the heart of azeroth. Without changing to vengeance (tank) spec. It's not that hard

I don't get what's the problem... I chose Necrolords for my warrior, because I want to represent Maldraxxus. Yes I might have higher dmg on a Venethyr but who gives a fucking rats ass. No you don't NEED to pick the perfect covenant to play high end gameplay, tryhards just make you do it, because they are too busy grinding in their moms basement so they will kick you if you don't.
