I think I have a very easily-understandable example of a contingent a priori that would be simpler than the stick example (feel free to correct me if I'm wrong): I exist, this is known a priori as I don't need to have any experience to know I exist. However, by existence is contingent and is not true in all possible worlds. Therefore, my existence is known a priori yet it is a contingent truth.
