Fel Reaver... There seems to be a lot of love for the 8/8 for 5, but I hate playing it... If you're winning, it can turn the game against you in no time, and if you're behind on the board, the enemy is incentivized to keep summoning minions and just go face for a round or two.

I've just enjoyed my personal best of 4 in a row ever since Arena runs were capped at 9 wins, and I don't want to break that record since it's a relic of an earlier time. adwcta/grinninggoat did a great video about the new arena where they explained that the lack of 2 drops in the new expansion will mean it's going to be a lot harder to curve out. thus if you do manage to draft a good early curve then your early game is just going to crush opponents that cant curve out. perhaps another factor is that mages arent quite as popular in this new meta since they didn't get any strong new cards and priest which has become one of the best classes along with warlock both counter mage pretty strong. thus 1 health minion 1 drops have become stronger too

ISPI4 My fel reaver experience is amazing. almost every time my opponent has played it ive managed to win and when i play it ive won more than i lost. it just requires planning on when to play it. if opponent is still at 30hp like in the games kripp played it in his video then it is not very good. you ideally want to set up 2 turn lethal when you play it (opponent at 16hp) also its not great when opponent still has quite a few cards making it not great against a warlock. and it's also a huge risk against paladin because of aldor (sometime humility too) im guessing in the other runs kripp had he had some games where it won him the game since it can be really strong. it's only bad if your whole deck is milled, some mill is completely fine
