I love how everyone took Jacksepticeye's version of Papyrus' voice as basically being entirely correct. Pretty much just making him excited Skeletor. It's the perfect voice for him. Also, I really like Sans' voice in this dub. There's something about it that makes him seem like a smooth talker. More than just a prankster or funny guy. It's also more intelligent than some of the other iterations I've heard.

I’m honestly really interested to see how Toby handles Papyrus in the later chapters. (Assuming he’s going to be in them) In a game where all the old Undertale characters essentially retain their original personalities with seemingly no difference, it’s strange how Papyrus, possibly the most extroverted excited extremist in all of Undertale is the one holing himself in his own home. Rather then be outside doing his regular shenanigans. It’s also really odd how the game seems to be setting up something big with him too. Maybe Toby’s trying to make some room for Papyrus in the spotlight after Sans stole it from everyone in Undertale lol.

I honestly like the theories that Papyrus is the knight or related to the knight, because that would kinda tie into his tendency to get involved with the wrong people like how Papyrus got involved with Flowey. I could easily see him getting manipulated to create dark fountains in hopes of spreading the world in which he can make all the friends he wants, in which he's the GREAT hero Papyrus

Idk why, but after seeing this, I have a small little side theory: So, if we go off one of the more common theories that the Dark Worlds are imaginary play worlds that Asriel and Kris used to play in, then, if Papyrus does keep his bouncy sort of child like personality, we could say he created a dark world for [at least, somewhat] the same reason as Kris, for entertainment.
