As a chef i could honestly say this "chef" has no clue wtf shes doing. Shes uncomfortable talking about what shes doing. Scrapping the dough and forgot to turn off the mixer. She works messy. What a shame.

You people are so harsh. Let's see you go on tv and cook and not feel nervous. It's not like she's a regular on tv and has her own show, give her a break. If you're so great why don't you go try to be a chef and get on tv. Plus, you actually are supposed to measure ingredients by weight. That's the best way to measure for baking. Invest in a $10 scale.
