He explained that he misunderstood Kris so yall who are still claiming tht Kris used bots are clearly embarrassing yourself when even ari's manager stepped out and claimed it false. That stupid ass hashtag's got me fired up, so here goes: The damage is already done-- cause of this ungrounded accusation, Apple froze iTunes just to manage the charts. Kris came out on top-- but what if he didn't? Then his entire career would not only be over, but the reputation of both Chinese artists and Chinese fans would be shat on for years to come. And it was entirely possible that Kris wouldn't come out on top after the charts froze, bc his sales could've decline due to the controversy. Who wants to be apart of a bot scheme? Even though it was proven later on that there wasn't even a scheme, this entire release was already dragged through the dirt by Ariana Grande and her manager. This entire situation was because of racism, and here's the actual proof: There has always been artists who released their music around Ariana's. Hell, BTS, a South Korean boy band competed with Ariana just like Kris did. They were all innocent and just released their songs from halfway across the world. Yet no one accused BTS of shit, but somehow when it comes to the only Chinese artist to do so, suddenly people are all rallying behind this fear-mongering of "Chinese bots". The only proof that SHOULD HAVE BEEN NEEDED was that Kris was doing better on the charts than Ariana. PERIOD. Yet the delulus couldn't handle any of that and rallied behind an even crazier manager, who was smart enough to discredit Kris on a social media platform that could have all the proof deleted. And to add to the damage, people are STILL saying "they didn't catch the bots" or "how can anyone be sure" -- people are STILL doubting Kris because of a malicious, hare-brained manager -- and Ariana is still loving twitter tweets and insta comments that continue to accuse Kris of using bots. Imagine that as a 12 year old. Or a 10 year old. Ariana Grande is known for her underage fandom-- she was a Disney star ffs so it makes sense her fandom is still young, and impressionable. I know for a fact that when I was 10 yrs old I was eating my fav artists' shit up-- even if they were wrong. To have Ariana Grande continue to be shady and support this myth of "bots" is just a setup for the stereotype that the Chinese/Asians are cheaters. So you're stupid hashtag should be changed to #GrandeLies or some other shit that ACTUALLY HOLDS THE LIAR ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE SHIT THEY STIRRED. Not some #onlylovenohate when there's clearly still hate coming from Ariana herself.
