Before an injury the bone's, marrow, and joints gain nutrients and enzymes for proper bone and joint health.. but once injured, the proper enzymes secrete in to the blood stream causing inflammation.. there probably should be a certain lack in some or a few of the green's for a period of time to lessen the secretion and cause that area to caterise and heal over as if a burn. The outer layer should harden and lessen the seaping of the toxic inflammatory causing enzymes that are usually needed for proper bone and joint health.

I can't remember all the time if it's your knee or your ankle but a bone and joint injury is inflammation from healing the correct way but it's a bone or joint of bone's and cartilage 🧐.. it's a did or semi-solid fracture 🤷🏿♂️

The tempo was already fast as hell, I say eliminate the push ups routine / one handed or two handed... cancel it and the lifting off the ground routine cancel that too and keep the flips the same if u can, a faster tempo is a no no for me because The music was already sped up on stage.

Try zercher squats and squats with safery bar, if you want to grow calfs start before legs.
