You want some volume you should look at the cluster 6 pause training. Take a weight that you can do 12 to 15 reps with, start with eight reps pause for six seconds and then seven six five three two one with six second pauses in between each set.

I've got squats/reps today... My "working" sets are- 100k x 10 for set 1- 10 sets of- adding 1 rep each set (19 on set 10) 100k is prob' 65% of my 1rm...

Just remember that high rep is not the same as high volume. Volume is the total amount of work done . High rep is the amount done in one set. You should focus on progressive overload. And focus on form, then reps , then increase the weight. And for God's sake stop dropping the weights.

She’s a weightlifter not a powerlifter there is no need to lower weights under control unless you’re doing some that’s programmed with a controlled lowering, also bumpers are designed to be dropped so…
