Only 4 points difference between Mercedes and Ferrari in the constructor championship. Basically the team that finishes in front of the other in the last race will be second in the constructor championship. Maybe that even a fastest lap can make the difference. It is going to be close that's for sure.

IMO, the race was good, but I don’t think it’s one that will last in the minds of many long standing F1 fans. The problem is F1 and the promoters over-hyped the event. For many it’s not the location of the race it’s the racing itself. If F1 remember to deliver good racing the rest will take care of itself. Just my two pennies worth.

From an opening ceremony that Verstappen said "made the drivers look like clowns" To a manhole cover cutting FP1 short (and the FIA giving Sainz a penalty for that gearbox change) The whole weekend wasn't very good before the actual race

Most likely,his better tyre management allowed him to get the better strategy over max and came out 5 seconds ahead of max with only stroll as traffic with fresher tyres...He himself said in the post race press conference that without the safety car the win was his

@@Redlingstein Well not really,Charles spent 3 laps after he pitted babysitting the tyres and then when he pushed he made up 2.4 seconds to stroll in less than 2 laps and leclercs tyres were colder than maxs whereas max right before the SC had gotten his tyres in temp so was faster

Yeah it was my first race doing reactions so I still need to fine tune the audio settings. And to add clarification: I was saying "this track is so bad" in terms of the low amount of grip the drivers had and everyone going off at Turn 1. I absolutely loved this race and I think it was one of, if not the best this year! I always was the one saying to not judge Vegas until we raced there and it delivered.

Nice video. One think that I don't understand: do people hate Checo? I know many hate Max. I know many don't hate him, but want a new winner. Ok. But Checo? I didn't know people dislike him. When Charles overtake Max: celebration When Max overtake Charles: sadness Ok, I get it, but When Checo overtake Charles: sadness When Charles overtake Checo: happiness (the first one) Then Charles locked up, and Checo overtook him, everyone was sad, not because was a Charles' mistake, but because it was Checo that overtook him It happen again when Charles overtook Checo in the final lap. Ok, that's was nice (super bad from Checo) move from Charles, but no one seems kinda sad for him; "poor Checo" or something like when Leclerc made a mistake. It is not a victory. RBR is in a domination, but is Max one, not 2 drivers domination. Checo made so many bad races, that a podium for him is almost "hard" to get (9 I guess), it is not that he was always P2 in every race Max was P1. So this was strange in this reactions. Sorry for the comment, altough I already watch your channel in TV for about 5/6 races it is the first time I came here. Got to subscribe as I like your content :)

@@leemartin3429 Yes! That race I was "screaming" to Checo do the same with Carlos or Charles (can't remember), because we could open about 5 to 10 seconds from them (as he did). If I remember correctly George did this 2 or 3 times this year. But in a track that so many people go wide (Alonso did a 180) Max is a bad guy for going wide. Altough I think he should give it back in the SC and overtake on DRS. It is ok like that, he got a penalty (that many would not recieve because it was lap 1 turn 1), and got all dirty air after his pit stop when he was in 11th position (if I am not mistaken).

There are a lot of haters for him . Imagine me saying " Wo Max deserved to be the Driver of the day" 😂 (ps: I'm a Verstappan fan). What I'm saying is Max's drive was phenomenal and so was Charles's. But Checo is showing consistency for 2 weekends straight. This week he started at 11 and finished 3rd this weekend. Last week he started from 9th and finished 4th and had an awesome drive. The point is Checo deserved this week's driver of the day and Alonso deserved last week's driver of the day.

Hey, read my other replies to the comments and everything about me calling the track bad is explained! Also, Max is actually one of my favorite drivers on the grid. I just took the chance to explain a big issue I have in F1 ATM which is the 5-second penalties. We saw Hamilton end Piastri's race in Monza and get away with just a 5 second penalty. I used that Max incident as a catalyst to voice my opinion on the matter.

@@Kr1s Most people don't read the comments though, it all just looks bad in the video. And why is 5sec so bad? If anything it's harsh because it's a turn 1 incident. I think it was a good penalty for what it was, although there were a few other cars that also should've received one further back for the turn 1 chaos. If giving the penalty to one, then give them to the others too. Max lost a few positions during his pit stop due to this penalty, so if anything it was more harsh to get the 5sec penalty than to just give the place to Leclerc. It all depends on the race and the situation if the 5sec is enough or not, on a proper racetrack Max would've dissapeared and then yes it would've been too small of a penalty. Great example is Lewis vs Max in Copse, kick your rival out the race and then drive away to undo the penalty with ease. This will always be a talking point because every race is different so a penalty is always gonna end in a different result.

My honest opinion is that they should've made them swap positions behind that first safety car, then we wouldn't even have to have a conversation about this. They always take way too long to enforce or apply the rules and I think that's the main issue here
