Yeah! I hoped you would review the heatseeker. Great job! I totally agree it is more than just Angus in a box. Need. That. Pedal.

Thanks man, really happy to hear that. :) Yeah this does so much more than "just" awesome acdc sounds.

Sounds pretty spot on! Your intro line by the way reminds me of "The name's MacGyver". That's a classic line right there.

I want a Malcolm Young pedal.

While this pedal is clearly AC/DC focused, it carries a lot more potential. The tones that you demonstrated reminded me of Def Leppard's "Rock Brigade", "Living After Midnight", to name a few. And on top of that, always we feel welcome to the channel! Thanks, Kris!

Great review! For a plexi sound and feel, this or Volta 1987 pro? I know that they have different features, so I'm only intrested in sound and feel, cheers!
@stanislavmigra5 күн бұрын
Im very biased towards Volta pedals, as the guy doing them is proper quality and Volta 1987 was the first pedal, that sounds and feels like my vintage plexi when plugged into a clean amp.

cool! buyed it yesterday at ...thomann😊 maybe I get it tomorrow... but it's a long way to the top ...or in my case to switzerland😅 I am curious how the boost side compares with the schaffer replica storm pedal

Hope you enjoy it my friend! 🔥 I really, really love the feel of this drive. Cheers!

@KrisBarocsi thank you! Hope so too but sounds very nice (when you play the pedal) 😉 I love Crazy Tube Cirquit Pedals like the unobtanium raw or the hi power so I hope that I like the heatseeker also😉

Company's name is missing the last -s in the title. Kickass pedal!
@KrisBarocsi6 күн бұрын
damn it, you're right. I'll change it soon but I can't do it now. One of the super weird things about youtube is, that if you change the title or anything else in the first days / weeks, it basically kills your video. They will stop recommending and showing it to new people for whichever reason. So yeah, I'll correct that in a few days, haha. Cheers and thanks!

@ Oh dang! That's actually a good heads-up. I think I might have made that mistake a few times...

I just watched a documentary last week that said Angus didn't use pedals. He just used the gain in his amps. So why do I need a pedal to sound like Angus Young?
@iancurrie88447 күн бұрын
Because 100watt full stacks are pretty loud.

because not all people can buy the amp angus is playing..
@ByGraceThroughFaith7776 күн бұрын
This pedal emulates the 3 Marshall amps Angus used plus his Wireless System, and it also has an option called wall of sound to simulate just that. It is basically an amp in pedal form, not just an effect pedal.
@stanislavmigra6 күн бұрын
You dont need. If you can be 120dB+ loud 🤣😂

I got money for only one more pedal. This or the SLO +?
@KrisBarocsi6 күн бұрын
@@useless7211 uhhh, that’s a tough one. This pedal for classic blues and rock sounds. The SLO Plus for more modern and tight blues, rock and metal sounds. I hope that helps. Good thing is, you can’t go wrong either way.
@useless72116 күн бұрын
@KrisBarocsi Thanks man, I think I'm going for the SLO pedal👍
@CrazedFandango7 күн бұрын
Your thoughts and impressions are accurate. This pedal is just part of the sound and not instant Marshall/Angus sounds.
