Development steel Elbow (miter bend) Flat Pattern in SolidWorks Sheet Metal

I was trying to model a sheet metal 45° elbow and I spent 3 hours trying and trying with no solution. My boss demanden the 3D model for tomorrow at last. Thanks to this video, I will keep my job. Thank you, good sir!

This method does not work. If you make an assembly with all the parts without any interference, the elbow is no longer 90 degrees.

@@dharmendrasuthar4342 extrude cut each individual part allowing for the interference, or sand down the interfering inner edges post forming
