I listen to Krishna das music and do chanting along with his chanting ( like audiences ), my thoughts slow down and have very few thoughts, my mind becomes thoughtless, all my tensions are gone, even if there is one a few days or hours away. thank you Krishna das Ji.

Great video! Such simple concepts and feelings that are yet difficult to accomplish at times, hence the importance of practice and living without judge or guilt. In my humble opinion, the mistake that she's making is to try to understand spirituality only through the mind, we all need to take this into account in order to live and love the best we can.

Knowledge isn't bad, but thinking your way too far out messes things around once you get there. Knowledge is tempting and the biggest knowledge probably won't feel good to those who find it. It's big, it's heavy, it's beautiful..but it hurts. When you compare it to the world as we know it, it will pain you to learn how wickedly the rich and powerful have tainted and abused the same big knowledge. Learn, seek, but please be careful and don't force your way too far out. 🙏

ya, spiritual is safer in secret and people are jealous of you if you feel happy or loved, so they need to undermine it and be your god so...I see it in the way they need to take apart you family or you need to downplay it before they keep hunting and make sure they stay dominant

KD I understand what you are saying but can't reach there. One of your quotes -Ultimately doing practice is the answer to everything. I am working on it ,trying to become compassionate, loving ,caring or trying to forgive people but sometime become very hard.When I am alone or listening to your kirtan or with good people I am a different person but when I have to interact selfish people I loose all my patience . Pl help...

If I may humbly share my experience It's not about forgiving or gaining any experience It's realizing the wholesomeness that we have available, within us, this very moment, merely by being present. Everything else would emerge gradually from the practice .
