I found Ur video for older version of Vs code I think this version can install but windows stop supporting windows 8 and lower version from Jan 2023. @@Avinash-pe9be i think we have to use python 3.6 or Python 2.7 to get this extension works in VScode. I have read details section of Python Preview there it is clearly mentioned about python versions. I tried Python preview with Python 3.10 but its not working so thought of version incompatibility.
