The fourth extract (34:47) is from the third talk in Saanen 1980, titled ‘Observing attachment.’
The final extract in this episode (51:25) is from Krishnamurti’s sixth talk in Saanen 1978, titled ‘The ending of attachment’.

I am facing this dilemma in my own life. I am so attached to my child that the fear of leaving her is preventing me from taking a job which will require me to be away from her. We are in a dire economic situation so i know the right thing to do is to leave and earn...

I thought i understood what krishnamurthi is saying and was practising it in my life but when faced with real test of detachment i am finding it extremely hard to do...i feel like a hypocrite

Did you not listening my friend You shouldn't try to be detached You need to face fact that you are attached
